RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: customized items and print items cannot be returned!

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@onedisplay.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 561 Edward Avenue, Richmond Hill, ON, Canada.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

• $9.95 when order value more than $99
• Free shipping when order value more than $199

• $19.95 when order value more than $99.
• $29.95 when order value more than $199.

All printing turnaround time are production time only and do not include shipping time.

All orders placed after cutting off time will be processed on the next business day. Cut off time is 2PM (EST).

The printing production will start once all of the following criteria has been met:

• Your order's payment has been processed and the transaction approved;
• You have uploaded your artwork, created your artwork, or emailed your artwork;
• You have viewed and approved your proof.
